I checked in on a Saturday morning and was so pleased that the staff were all pleasant, friendly, and very professional, creating a warm atmosphere, while the hotel's proximity to lovely parks like Alum Spring Park, just a 2.5 km stroll away, made my weekend city explorations so enjoyable.

Amazing staff, comfy stay

Had a wild experience here! I left and realized I lost my wallet. Rushed back, and the guy at the front desk, Husem, found it in the bathroom! So relieved—$1200 in it. Plus, the room was super clean and the bed was really comfy. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are nice, but the dining options were pretty limited.

my stay at the residence inn was great! we were in a king studio for 2 nights, and the room was clean and comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy for us to get back to new york. Tevin's service was exceptional. he was always eager to help with a smile. a real gem!

Tevin was amazing and super helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The indoor pool and BBQ facilities were perfect for relaxing after long days. Just a heads up, the TV connection wobbled a bit when switching angles, but it didn’t bother us too much! 😊

However, I found the bed a bit firmer than I prefer.

Great stay overall. Nice indoor pool and free bicycles available for rent. Beds uncomfortable due to aging mattresses. Staff helpful but breakfast could use more variety.
